Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy (if applicable)

• We at The Curious Brains pay utmost attention to packaging.
• We pack your parcel in multiple layers to ensure there is no damage in transit. If in case there are any accidents we will need proof to support your claim which should be in recorded for while the package is being opened
• In case of damage proven we will require the products to be shipped back to us within 7 days after receiving. After examining we will confirm you refund status.
• In case of loss in transit we will conduct strict cross verification through shipping company if proven right refund will be issued and settled within 7 days of claim.
• Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours. Please drop a mail to hello@thecuriousbrains.inwithin 24 hours of successfully placing your order. It will be cancelled within 1-2 working days and amount will be refunded to the source of payment in 7-10 working days.
• Sale items cannot be cancelled.
• No cancellations on Gift Cards.
