Shipping Policy
- Delivery is free on order above 1299/-
- If cart amount is less that 1299/- then delivery within India is flat Rs 50/- irrespective of number of books bought.
- Orders once placed will be processed and shipped within 5-6 working days.
- Upon dispatch from our warehouse, you will receive an email and sms with tracking number of your parcel. You are liable to track your parcel and be available when it arrives.
- Package is sent via surface mode and delivery time depends upon the location. It generally takes 8-10 working days but but proper timeline you can track through tracking id that we provide through registered mail after dispatching the package.
- Delivery timing cannot be guaranteed due to the ever-changing COVID-19 situation.
- In case you’re unable to trace/track your order kindly get in touch with us timely before the parcel is returned by our courier partners. We will look into the same and ensure your parcel reaches you safely. Please contact us on 9971756880.
- In case a package is returned to us due to refused, unclaimed, unsuccessful delivery, incorrect address or any other reason the customer will have to bear both reverse delivrey and reshipping charges. The order cannot be cancelled in such cases and no refund shall be provided
Return Policy
- The Curious Brains will not be liable for any loss or damage to the package if address and contact details mentioned at the time of checkout is incorrect.
- All our products go through strict quality checks and sanitised properly before being finally shipped to you, and we will accept returns only if the product reached to you in damaged condition.
- As these are Preloved books we will need a proof of damaged product when you opened the package so you need to record the parcel while opening and share that with us along with return request through Whatsapp on given contact details in ‘Contact Us’ section of website.
- In case a package is returned to us due to refused, unclaimed, unsuccessful delivery, incorrect address or any other reason the customer will have to bear both reverse shipping and reshipping charges. The order cannot be cancelled in such cases and no refund shall be provided
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and new product will automatically be dispatched to you within a certain amount of days.
