  1. How do I become a member of the library?

To become a new member,fill the Library Membership Form. After filling up the form, make the payment of Rs xxx (Registration fee + Security deposit + Membership plan fee) after making the payment, Library card will be issued which will be provided by our delivery staff at the time of delivery of your first set of books) and an email and whatsapp confirmation to be sent on your registered mobile number.

 

How to reserve the books

Select the sets of books as per your plan, after selecting you can add them to the cart. Which will automatically reserved for you. After that we will give confirmation on your registered mobile number through whatsapp- The title of books you have reserved and when the books will be delivered to you.

 

How do I replace a lost/damaged books

There is a refundable security deposit of Rs 500/- that you need to pay at the start of your membership. In case a book gets damaged or lost, you need to replace it with the same book or have the cost of the book deducted from the security deposit.

 

What if I want particular book, and is not there in the website.

Suggestions on the library book collection are always welcome. Pls communicate us through Whatsapp (8882122572)  so that we will try our best to get that book for you. After arrival of that book we will intimate you so that you can reserve that book for the next month.
